This is to bring to your notice that club Mahindra had listed R.K.Sarovar, srinagar as a partner property on their site/ app and website, for which we had made booking from 28th to 30th Nov, in the month of September. It was on waitlist but the chances of confirmation was 92% as per your app. But on 9th Nov, the booking wasn’t confirmed and on contacting their team they first told me that the property had gone for renovation, then they told me that there was an emergency. Later I got confirmed booking of the same hotel on MakeMyTrip. After this I called them again and then they informed me that they no longer has a tie up with this property and they can’t do anything about it. They wasted my time, money. I had already booked my flight tickets and now it’s useless.
