Text of Complaint by Pradeep Pillai:

Bill plan changed with Airtel in the month of December 2021 and every month I am getting wrong bill. Been calling them up every month for rectification of the bill but not done. I am being made to pay wrong bill amount with the pretext that my number will be disconnected of I dont pay the bill. Bill plan agreed INR 999 being billed INR 1799 every month for 4 months.
