This is with reference to my mobile number 9886724060 for bill no.FM2029I006725496 dt 06.10.2019 for Rs.1170.56
I had opted for international roaming of USA / CANADA for the period 06.08.19 to 04.09.19 and the monthly charges were Rs.3999 plus taxes.
On 04.09.2019 I opted for cancellation of roaming in airtel app. In the evening on 04.09.19 at 6.31 pm I got a sms from airtel my International roaming has been deactivated.
In abovementioned bill I notice that airtel has again charged my roaming charges of Rs.649.00 for 04.09.19 and also mobile internet charges of Rs.91.
When I have not opted for roaming again why these charges is my query. Regarding the same I have given a complaint to airtel on 08.10.19 vide complaint number 91019005.  Airtel has only made a part waiver of charges and has not fully waived Rs.649+91   …plus relevant GST and hence this complaing to you.
I have attached a bill copy and the sms send by airtel to me to deactivate my roaming for your perusal. Unless I have opted for the service specifically then cannot make automatic billing on me.
I hope you will be able to solve this issue.
