This is to inform you that i am getting wrong bill from Vodafone frequently and when i called to customer care they said that sir your plan has been changed but i did not get any call or email for change plan.
I complained Vodafone via email or call from last 15 days but still i did not get solution and whenever i called customer care for status they said that sir your plan was changed. I told them that can you share recording file where i confirmed that please change my plan so any email but they did not prove that.
This is very dissatisfied from Vodafone that they are just playing blame game with customer.
Would request you to please look into the matter on top priority and take necessary action on Vodafone.
