Dear Sir/Madam,
I just received the bill for current month and it is 2057. It contains new plans of infinity family plan of 798 and then Family device add on of 99 and then extra 999. Please note that no confirmation have been sought from me on this and hence request you to revert to previous plans and seek my permission if I am ready to pay for new plans or not and then only do the billing.
From immediate effect I ask you to remove add on device of 99 and extra 999 and their associated service as I do not require these items on paid basis.
Looking forward for revised bill asap.
