Text of Complaint by Preetpal Dhaliwal:

My mobile number 960 is blocked due to bill in excess, whereas this is a case of wrong billing and wrong activation of service on part of your store. The same is given below…1. I had repeatedly requested in Nov 2019 for activation if ISD facility on the numbers 900 and 93133. This request had been made to the call centre and the local airtel store, Msrs Shri Sainath Store, Kharadi. This was not acted on by either your call centre or the store. After some time IR was activated by Mr Bhagwat Gula, of Shri Sainath Store Kharadi, to facilitate the ISD facility, at zero rental. ( This is told to me by Mr Bhagwat himself at 1400h on 5th March today) I am sure, there is no connection of activation of ISD facility and Zero Rental IR, as claimed by Mr Bhagwat. This activation of IR was not known to me until yesterday. When I raised this matter of unfair billing with your Indore store.
2. I am aghast that you activated IR without my consent and now are trying to unfairly charge me for the same. Your contention that, as I used IR doesn’t stand to reason as, I never wanted IR to be active. These charges made by you are a direct consequence of the non-consensual activation of IR by your store.
3. In this regard, I would like to submit that you reduce the charges consequent to this error on your part. I am getting hassled a lot by your staff already and suffering frequent disconnections from your side.
