we started a flourmill 12 years back. From then the electric department who is giving the bill has made a mistake and provided bill with MF as 0.5,due to which we used to get half the bill for total power consumption units. its been 12 years that the electric department is poorly billing for half from the total units and now they are telling to pay the total balance amount of 32300 rupees because of their mistake. Moreover we never ignored paying the bill monthly, it is their ignorance and their mistake and the cost of their mistake is 32300 which they are blaming on us to pay.
