Text of Complaint by Shilpi Vachhani:

Please refer to complain number – 1060610708 3005162635163 1066181647.

I have 2 numbers in connections 0771- 4090981 – 1st number

0771- 4023496 – 2nd number

Everytime I’m making payment for the bill due of my 1st number it is been added in the bill due of my 2nd number. With any payment mode I’m paying either airtel site , my airtel app, or any other third party instrument like Paytm of debit card or net banking.

DUE TO THIS MY 1ST NUMBER – 4090981 is not in use from last 3 months which is my office landline number because of non payment of bill. Whereas the other number 4023496 has excess of Rs 12000 in the account statement. Everytime I’m calling customer service im told that it a service issue and we will get back in 72 hrs. Please check the complain numbers I’ve been following up from April regularly and even before for then I didn’t have any complain numbers generater.

My outgoing is stopped my office internet is not working which is all hampering my work. Please check into the matter and revert ASAP
