I have spoke to  Mr sachin on 4th, to
Mr. Asish on  13th 14 th 6.40, to
Ms hansa 15 th 6.40.
I have audio recording of all conversations.
I opted for  one airtel plan in jan 8th through Mr mani of airtel ( WhatsApp conversation attached). He approached me for one airtel plan. I migrated from hathway to airtel. I have given necessary documents.
On 9th jan broadband was connected.
On 18th dish tv connected.
I was making online payments as shown in airtel app ,gpay.
I am given to understand one airtel plan was activated only on march 5th . I don’t know why . I applied for one plan on jan 8th . All connection were working from jan18th. Why was I not migrated to one airtel plan on 18th jan but on march 5th. (2000 plus taxes  – I opted for this plan  )
I have made myself clear that I am willing to pay the outstanding provided the correct amount is arrived as per t the plan opted.
If the difference in amount wrongly calculated by airtel and the one plan option effective from jan 18th is only few 10’s of rupees even then I will pay. Inspite of all efforts airtel has disconnected my service and put me into great hardship.
I am senior citizen.  My children are not with me now.  I am unable to use any online service,  buying medicine   call doctor etc. Number connected to gpay,  bank linked number is disconnected.
Even if resolution is given by airtel I will not be able to make payment online.  As I am above 50   , I don’t go out due covid19 government protocol.  Now how will I pay airetel.
My daughter is a Doctor,  she is consulting patients online.  Now a needy patient can’t call her .
For no fault of mine , inspite of my reminders, regores follow up.  I am put hardship.
I request you to resume service immediately and send someone to collect cash ( corrected outstanding amount).
I got a message intimating 5,000 as outstanding.  I called the call center .
One Mr. Sachin called me, as I was travelling I requested him to call me on 6th.
He didn’t call me.  I called the call centre spoke to Mr asish on 13th  . He promised me resolution and assured he will call me 14th between 2pm -4pm. He didn’t.  I called him by 14th 6.40pm. He promised to call me with resolution before 7.40 pm withinan hour. I cautioned him because of delay in resolution from airtel my services will be disrupted.  Inspite of caution he has not come back.
Finally I am put to hardship.
I have WhatsApp conversation.
All calls with call centre recorded.
I think I have made a mistake of opting one service provider for all digital services.
Luckily I had one prepaid .it has come handy now.
Resume services immediately.
