Hello

I would like to inform you in detail –
I am Tata play user since 2015 and Tata bing user from last 3 years.
In 2019 Tata bing offered me free with condition that I have to recharge/active my tata play account regularly.
I monthly recharge my tata play account with amount 630 Rupees without any delay.

In Month of September I was facing issue in my Tata bing so i raised a complain for this(first week of October).
when technician visited he mentioned that there are some issue with tata bing device and he will swap old device with new one(NOTE – HE DIDN’T MENTIONED THAT NEW DEVICE WILL BE CHARGEABLE).

After one week my all tata play balance deducted automatically, when I talked to customer care they mentioned that my balance deducted because of new tata bing device which is approx 2500 and further I have to recharge my tata play with amount 2200 so they can deduct remaining amount of tata bing device.

So I want to know where is my fault – If new device is chargeable then your technician should informed me before installation.
and that time I definitely refused for this. but he didn’t informed me for the same.

Again I raised the complain and then executive mentioned that you can return your tata bing device and after that there will be no further deduction will happen.
I agreed on that next day technician came and collected the tata bing device. but my negative balance is still there and they are asking to recharge the remaining amount for that device which is not with me.

Now when I call to customer care they just forward the call from one desk to another but no one providing me the solution.
Its now almost 2 month and I am still waiting for the solution.
Every time their customer care executive tell me that – YOU ARE OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER, So this is the way how they treat with their valuable customer ?
