I have been charged ₹649 extra for 3 months. Total 1947. These are charges for Netflix which is included in my plan. However it is still charged separately. When brought to there notice VodafoneIdea is giving some or the other technical reasons which are not clear. In the meantime they have discontinued my services because of non payment of just this amount which i have raised a complaint again.
