Text of Complaint by Chandrakanth:

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel postpaid plan since 2 years and on 30th July 2021 based on airtek service provider dealer at Raichur ,I took DTH airtel Black connection..Bill got generated on 17th which showed that I have to pay Rs.1266 for my DTH usage .U am shocked to see such huge bill for using dth for 18 days with my total plan costing less than Rs.400/-
Dealer had told me that 1st month bill for dth is free and it won’t be charged..I Also have paid security deposit of Rs.1500/- to engineer who installed my DTH …

I have compliant 4 times on 198 on 13thAug ,20th Aug, 24th Aug and 25th Aug 2021 ..all these complaints are closed within 2 hrs of raising compliant without a proper resolution and still my bill shows that I have to pay Rs.1266/- .which is wrong..

Kindly resolve this issue otherwise I need to approach consumer forum with a compliant against Airtel.
