Hello This is Vineet here,

I applied for airtel extreme fibre and installation completed on 30/7/2020.

3 month advance rental paid Rs 2828 done on 30/7/20 , i got new account in my airtel thanks app and the it was showing paid done till 31/10/2020 i.e. for 3 months.

After 1 month i raise a request for shifting my connection to new address. Fibre installation is done on 30 Aug 2020.

Now my problem is Airtel is wrongly sending me bills for September month, they are forcing me to pay the bill, even they already charged 3 month payment in advance.
