I have paid previous month bill and still it’s not adjusted against my bill also the current month bill with previous month bill amount and fine. They are charging closed/cancelled service charges still in my bill (message received from airtel “I apologize for the delay in deactivate static IP. Let me assure you that necessary steps are being taken to prevent it from happening in the future.) Billing team promised to resolve the issue before 13/06/2022. Message from billing team “complaint and the reference number is 10049416528. Let me assure you that the same will be resolved by 13-06-2022”. Really fed up with the Airtel collection department calls and they are threatening to disconnect my office connection due to non payment which is paid on time with extra amount.
