Text of Complaint by Satish Kumar:

I am Satish and my mobile no is 9902727288. I have taken airtel one service after getting posted in chennai. I paid amount of Rs 500 as advance towards DTH at the time of initiating airtel one service. Plan taken was 1999.

I paid Rs 2270 towards settlement of my first bill through airtel app on 29/8/20. Rather adjusting my bill, it won’t to credit of DTH. When I requested for transfer of amount to settlement of bill, I was told that it is not possible, it will be refunded back once I clear my bill. I again paid Rs 2146 for settlement of bill on 13/9/20. I stopped my DTH service by deactivating through app and requested for refund of Rs 2270 vide reference no 29843163 dated 13/9/20.

From that till today I am being referred from airtelhome to airteldigital tv and back.

I need refund of full amoubt of Rs 2270 paid by me on 29/8/20. If you feel I am not entitled for that, please justify charging Rs 500 at the begining and Rs 2146 in my first bill.
