Text of Complaint by Pradheesh:

I took airtel black on August 23 and they gave me 1 month of free service. As their billing gets generated every month of 9th, I received the bill with extra bill money.

1. They are not changing the date in invoice as they have the template saying 8th of previous month till 9th of next month. In my case it is from 8th Oct to 9th Nov (but it should be 23rd Oct to 7th Nov).

2. Wrong billing details and doing the fraudster act – The bill should be from the date of 23rd Oct to 7th of Nov. So it is 15 days timeframe. I took Rs.999 (plus GST) as internet and Rs. 421 for dth as my airtel black plan. Calculating this I get 1178.82+421(GST included)= 1599/month. So I should be receiving Rs.800 as the bill but I got ₹1,007.38 as the bill amount. I don’t know what the previous dues is and why so much in tax!
