My name is Rekha Gupta and I hold a family plan since December with airtel. My all numbers are

And there is one more number which was given to me as a free data card.
But since last 2 statement February and march, some charges are leived which is not from my end.
Like in February statement as per the plan my bill should be 999 plus taxes.but it came 1550 for which no one giving justified answer. I had a word with store manager kirti nagar. Mr Anubhav.
And in March statement some international SMS charges are there which is again not done from any of my number
Request you to please check and arrange for refund as I have paid the amount at last because u disconnected my numbers.
