1. I am a vodofone user of 9886353944
2. I have been charged for international roaming in november stating that I have used internet in bqnglBangl.but the fact is I have not gone anywhere outside india.i have never been to bangladesh.without going out of India the international roaming has been charged which is not fair.i have proof to show that I have not left India in november.i am using vodofone for 12 years.i have written several mails,called customer care and have explained the problem but nobody is able to solve the problem.i am not ready to pay charges for the service which I have not availed.the outgoing calls have been barred and this is causing inconvenience to me.please resolve the issue.
