I purchased an I phone from croma Kolkata …and told them to make no cost emi bill… Trusting on them and didn’t hv idea regarding how it works . They explained and told they will do billing according to our needs …. But now my credit card statement came out I saw i hv to make payment of 73000 at one time… How it’s possible for a consumer who trusted on the staff store regarding bill and they hv done a blunder mistake… And denying to help regarding their mistakes neither accepting their mistakes…
