Text of Complaint by J Alex Bartholomea:

I have Family connection Package. Recently I had gone out of India and requested to activate international Roaming package for 10 days from 20th April to 30th April on my Number 9740453104, While my roaming was active, Airtel has activated roaming on another number without my approval for 25th to 30th April and are now demanding to pay for it. Basic common sense is that if I have one active roaming connection there is no need for me to use another number. Forcefully they have activate on a daily one day package which is not correct
