Lets start from the beginning, i asked for a prepaid connection in July but they installed the postpaid connection without informing me and the plan was for 3 months which should be ending on 6th September but i shifted in Gurgaon from Delhi in August and shifting charge was showing only 300₹. But they have sent 1266₹ due for the August month and deactivated the internet and after that i haven’t used their services and now they have sent again the bill for September month and the total is around 2500₹.
I dont understand why they have charged me for August month if my plan is already covered till 6th September and when they deactivated the services why they have generated the bill again.
Airtel is charging the Money on what basis i have no idea but this wrong, why they dont share every details at first, i dont want the services from airtel i just want this to be settled asap. 300₹ is a promised amount i am willing to pay but if they are charging for the August and September month i am not going to pay as this is wrong, my plan already covered till 6th September and also i am not going to pay for the services i haven’t used i mean they deactivated the services in September
