In the month of April the connections got repeatedly disconnected while speaking . I made a complaint on this but still same problem continued . Due to that they must have billed many calls. Now I am astonished to see that I received a billing of double amount 1088, which I never received that. Usually I get bill or rs.500-600 per month for last many years. When I called 121, they say I had international call. When I do not have ISD, how can you charge isd amount. When I wrote s mail no response. And when I talked to 122, they say it is corporate connection we cannot do anything. Whom to contact . No clue. Is this the way of wrongly billing and and ask along more
