Am the Airtel Black Customer with Airtel Postpaid and DTH since Oct 2021. I was told that the first-month bill is free. But I was charged 288 Rs for DTH. When I asked them, they said it was a technical error and told me to clear the bill which will be adjusted in next month. But I have received the new bill in December without any adjustments. When am trying to contact Airtel Customer Care, I have been telling the same answer as mentioned below. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and our executive will contact you within 24hrs. But no one called back me till now. The same story is happening every day. I would like to escalate it by visiting the nearest Airtel Store. Being the top player in the industry, it is pathetic to get this worst response from Airtel.
