Text of Complaint by PRAVEEN SRIVASTAVA:

I Praveen Srivastava take the postpaid connection of Airtel from your Alambagh Lucknow Customer Care Branch.The Mobile No. is 8400611114 & Miss Himanshi Sahu(Sales Executive) of this Branch (Her Contact No. is 9695269321) take Rs.250/- for this postpaid connection & on demanding receipt by me of this payment she assured me that this amount will be deducted from your Bill payment & you have to pay only Rs.352/-(Rs.299+GST@18%) but how the Bill comes of Rs.637/- just double amount as on 8Nov on my email ID. The other thing is that she had given me the costly plan becuse I came to  know that the Airtel is also giving plan of Rs.199/- for unlimited calls & 10GB Data.(For this thing ur Airtel Executive call me many times). Also the above postpaid connection was dead till 15days (No Outgoing & Incoming) & Miss Himanshi take our complaint & assured us that this will be adjusted in ur Bill but this thing not happened & why she gives me the false statements. I had telephonic recording of conversation with her in which she is giving false statements.

So, I want to disconnect this connection immediately & correct my Bill to Rs.176/- (Half of Rs.352/-) otherwise I will not pay the Bill & go to consumer forum & Head office for complaint against Miss Himanshi Sahu as I only usage for 15days of this postpaid connection.
