Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that I received a bill message regarding Airtel Stream on 14 August about outstanding INR 1717 and paid this amount as I thought it was mine. But later when it was not adjusted on my bill which I received I realized it went a different account.
It took Airtel office 14 days to find this problem.
I have mistakenly made payment of 1717 to below account.
