I have been using IDEA postpaid number 9835803077 since 2013 onwards. Till April.20 I didn’t faced any problem. However after the migration of IDEA as VI since June 20 the problem has started. As promised by the operator their shall be no change in the billing after migration. But as soon as the change happened I have been billed wrongly as 941 instead of 753.
I have been raising complaints every month but on continuous basis I have been billed incorrectly. Every time the operator reverse my amount after making neumorous complaints. But Now again the same thing happens this month. I cannot take this every month pain for my post paid connection. Since I have been harrashed by the operator, I demand a compensation for RS.1.00 lakhs for physical and mental harrashment. This act of operator has also resulted in wasting my precious valuable time. Hence, I demand compensation for RS.5.00 lakhs for the same as well.
Since, the operator is reluctant in resolving issues and adhering to TRAI guidelines. We request for compensation, which shall be considered as per my request.
