Text of Complaint by Kesar Negi:

From day one I have been paying monthly rental for Fiber connection, few days back installation team came done the fibre at my premises. I was shocked to know that I have been cheated by Airtel for charging Fiber rental. However speed was given at time of installation was 100mbps. Even I was getting 40mbps speed. Have logged complaint but no revert. Now getting threat calls for disconnection.
