Dear Sir,
On 20.5.20 your meter reader came and gave a bill No. 228565307672 of Rs 12003. I was surprised to see a big bill and checked the meter. The meter reader took very high reading wrongly. I complained to local office. They gave me a revised bill on 22.5.20 No. 228560660700 of Rs. 4763. I paid the same.
Since your website is still showing bill of Rs 12003 in my account, I am afraid that your office may claim the same later on. So please remove it from your website completely. Also instruct the meter reader to take reading very carefully in future. Not to praise myself, I have been a prompt payer of bill since the time I am using electricity.
