This is to inform that although I had got my bill plan changed to 499 through customer care (in March 2020), still I am getting bills in the previous bill plan of 799 for airtel number: 9810192610. I have logged several complaints through email, but no response is received. Also I am also not able to speak to any customer caste executive to register my complaint since airtel complaint no 121 and 198 now has removed option to speak to customer care executive.  I can not be forced to pay higher bill despite my changing the bill plan.

Also, I am getting no internet connectivity since past 6 months, it either doesn’t work or works extremely slow. There is no way to complaint!

Pls do the needful to address my issues.
