Dear Sir,
Airtel company had to make changes in my plan without my notice. and add an extra amount in my regular bill. I had visite the nearest airtel office any the call on the hotline and ask regarding their mistake and assured me to airtel will return extra payment the next day. you can pay 1000 rupees. so I had paid 1000 rupees on dated 17.03.2020 in airtel office with card payment.
but till next month they did not only deduct the extra amount from the bill but also add 100 rupees late fee in the next bill. last month on dated 28.05.2020 against in the airtel office they told me that many staff is working from home so we are discussing with senior. so I told them all details and they also told me to pay the rupees 1500 and we will deduct the extra amount and late fee in next month’s bill.
yesterday I have visite airtel office and ask about extra amount deduction issue they arrogantly told me that you have to pay all amount right now. otherwise, your contact number discontinue. so I have to pay the total amount rupees 1259 on 21.07.2020.
So I need to justify it from your end as soon as possible.
I have attached my payment details for your information. the card payment is done after Hotline discussion in airtel office.
