Text of Complaint by Manish Mishra:

I have raised a complaint via phone to customer care to edit my wrong bill, and after the commitment also I keep on getting the wrong bill again and again and top of that
my internet connection got disconnected. Last 2 weeks the customer care team is keep on raising the escalation and that is more than 4-5 times and every time I am getting the
commitment that the issue will be fixed within 24, 48 hours, but I am not getting any solution or phone call to resolve this. I am really frustrated and tired of calling every
2, 3 days to fix my issue and because of this my official work is getting hampered because of the internet connection.I am at a huge business loss because of this.
