I had bought SIM under Rs. 999 plan. One of my number was not added by your customer representative due to which seperate bill was generated. I had paid it for the first time as per request from your customer representative. Even after that, number was not added to my primary number. Again seperate bill of around Rs 900 has been generated apart from my main bill i.e Rs. 1200. Now my add on number has been blocked. Am asking for higher authority contact number to your representative i.e. Ms. Sarita from Borivali West Store. She is not resolving my complaint and not even she is providing any number. Am following up with your customer care since 15 days they are also not resolving my issue.
