I have opted for data booster pack in the month of July and given the request for cancelation on 3rd August as suggested by representative (he was told the pack can be cancelled only after generating the bill) but later extra booster has been charged in the bill,
Even patiently I called call center and tell them the fact and that day person who spoke she said ok will re generate the bill,
But it was not happened and I called today one person saying that nothing can be done you should pay Co.plete amount
Why should I pay when I am not using and I informed on time
