Called CC on 9th for disconnection Broadband no 01493494657, CC pushed for safe custody without any charges and changed the billing cycle to one month.
later on 12th i called the CC for complete disconnection ref no- no- 137000572.
Again ,…Still received calls daily .
Reference no : 1157781138…my call to cc on 22nd and again got assurance of no payment due . No calls will be made for payment.
i had paid the bill from 10th june to 9th sep ( 3 months) in advance . Still if connection is disconnected on 12th , still i have to pay for 2 days , then why bill is generated for complete month on pre paid connection.
Recovery agent is calling for 6oo rs , getting 5-6 calls daily for payment.
Pls resolve .
