Text of Complaint by Shailesh:

I has lost sim within 2 week of purchasing the, and i had raised the complaint to close the sim.
Due to covid 19 situation i am not able to visit the vodaphone store, but before the covid padamic i had visited the shop because my sim was lost and to take new sim at Patrakarpuram store in Lucknow, they have advised me that you have taken the sim online so we can’t do anything now, i had very much conversation with them but they had not provided me any resolution thus the bill generated is wrong thus i advice to correct the bill.
And i am being asking to pay more than 299 amount which was of rs 3425.26 and after discussing in call they had asked to pay 1000rs and i had paid it, because they had send me the demand notice on mail, i was not able to use the sim for not more than 1 week and my sim had gone lost, I HAD RAISED THE COMPLAINT TO CLOSE THE SIM BECAUSE MY SIM WAS LOST, then why the bill amount is being increased to amount near ablout 3425.26, The bill was wrong thus i request you to please correct the bill which should be not more than 299rs because i had been advised at the time of purchase the sim that only 299 rs bill will be generated, so please correct the bill and provide me the update, i had paid 1000rs as discussed by the agent of vodaphone ltd to pay, and thus request to refund the rest amount to original mode of payment. I will be highly obliged to you.
