This issue is in regard to the bill raised for customer id no. 10101014646804. We are not using our wifi connection from last three months but still getting the bill for an amount of Rs. 3387.59.
Its been now more than 3 months that I have been contacting airtel regarding the issue that why they are not disconnecting the connection on the permanent basis. They are just saying to pay the bill amount only then the connection will be disconnected. But we will not pay any amount, this bill is generated on random basis because we haven’t used our connection.
Even after so many complaints, customer care executives not able to solve our problem or disconnect our connection. Retailer has also stopped picking up the calls. We have told the executives many times to disconnect our connection, but they are not responding to the issue
Pls be noted, we wont pay any bill, so it’s a request to disconnect the wifi connection
