Text of Complaint by Shubhra goyal:

  • dear Airtel
    I am an old customer of airtel since 2006. My airtel broadband number is 01214004955.
  • So Airtel discounted my broadband number ..plan I used ₹1799.
  • Now Airtel billed that number because of discount at ₹ 300 to ₹ 600. As per their discounted plan or procedure. I paid that amount till April 2020.
  • I am paying this amount from last 6 or 7 years.
  • Now suddenly airtel stop their discount without any msg, mail and ph call to me.
  • And started billing me according to the plan.
  • In month of May they billed me ₹5188 without any notice.
  • Now this amount going to ₹8047.
  • I maild airtel customer care, nodal.upwest@in.airtel.com, Appellate.upwest@in.airtel.com.
  • But there is no response from any mail.
  • Now they bargaining me to compromise and pay 4000 to airtel.
  • My issue is if I am valuable customer and life time discounted facility they provided. Then why they removed my facility ? If company removing from everyone atleast inform me by calling, messaging air email.
  • It’s not my fault, it is company’s rules and regulations fault. So company bear it.
  • I only pay my discounted money to airtel. And close this account and plan and choose another plan which is suitable for me.
  • It’s my humble request to Airtel to solve my problem as soon as possible. My number is also barred..0121 4004955. It was barred in month of June but they are not stop billing.
