Dear Team Vodafone…!!!
This mail is in reference many complaints lodged with Vodafone Care, Vodafone Store & Tweeter & Many other sources. But I Have found the worst of of every resource giving a revert. I have made many complaints & I only have the revert is “We will look into the concern & get back to you & such other statement which never happend”. As I am writing this complaint because of wrong or fake invoice raised for the Vodafone sim that I am using at present. I used to the services for International trip to Nepal from 17th/09/2018 to 25/09/2018. Where I activated my International roaming of Rs 149/- & I am pretty sure that all my app & mobile was turned off for the all the stay duration of mine. Where in these people are charging me for the service that we will never believe for i.e 2G services of 11400 + GST. This amount is only & only for Data usage of 2G services. So this purely understandable that the bill raised is so rubbish. Where we are living in 4G generation & looking to enter into 5G but these people are here charging me a amount of which I never used that too for 2G services. They have not even charged a single rupee for calls or anything else. This purely shows that the Vodafone is trying to fake on things. Above all this as said above many of request raising on tweeter, gmail, vodafone store they only have one answer on email that we will contact you shortly which never happend. When I went to Vodafone store requested them to provide a bifurcation of the bill they said they will not share the same & have asked only to make the payment get the things sorted. There is no other solution for this. This is what there statement has been. The Store Manager Name is Nikki Thakar, she asked me to drop an email & she will get the answer this was done on 22/10/2018. She asked me the TAT 48 Hours which is been more than that & till today I have no revert from the Vodafone team.
I am attaching the invoice that was raised by team vodafone & while going through you will find the charges are only for usage but what that they have not mentioned in the bill & the above bifurcation I got it from MyVodafoneApp. Its been more than a month that my vodafone network has been suspended & I have faced all the issues because of that. My Banking OTP’s, My calls messages I didnt have any access from 24th September 2018 to till date.
After many of my complaints with the Vodafone team there has no update for the solution. I am expecting some help & get this sorted from Consumer Complaints.
