Hello Sir,

My name Pavan kumar residing at Chikkalasandra Bangalore,  had airtel broad band connection since 1 year and number is 08041273014.i have changed my location nearby and raised so many requests and complaints to shift wifi with old account or even ready for new account set up. Many escalations and complaints raised for shifting request and no body has connected and confirmed me if the task can complete or not and they are generating the bill without my consent of rs 1200 till date and they dont want to deactivate my account as well despite of I have no wifi in home and nor a person helped me in installation of wifi..please help me here ..most worst experience with customer care …its almost 2 months I had no wifi in home and bill got generated for 2 months even I have not used
