Dear Sir/Madam
My Self Deepak Tiwari, almost 10 years back, I was using Vodafone number 9899245667, account number 143609975 after some time of using it (i never delayed payment neither any dues) I got a corporate connection (Mobile) from my office.
And then I requested the Vodafone customer care to shut all the operation of my aforesaid number, then their executive told me to continue the number by paying upfront Rs 1000 (approx) and for a lifetime there will be no bill ((you can ask them to provide the recording and bill of that period)) for that number and every month I was getting bill Rs – 44.04 till Dec2019.
Suddenly I received a bill of Rs 132 (approx.) for downloading content (2 contents) and every month there is a bill downloading content and late fees, and you will be surprised to know that I don’t even have SIM of aforesaid number (I personally destroyed it so many years back) hence you can ask them to provide all details of SIM uses and tower last it was operated.
I have sent so many emails to them (close to 12 mails in last 1 month) also I called their customer care but their representative was unable to solve the problem due to corona issue in the country, again you will surprise but their recovery agent calling me and threatening me to pay the bill.
My family has 5 Vodafone number neither any of the numbers is unpaid and have a good billing track record.
Please help me to sort this matter as this is a fraud from Vodafone side they have done a wrong and dishonest & non-ethical billing, this is the way that multinational companies are overcharging and making fool of Indian citizens.
I am enclosing 2 Vodafone bill (due to fewer options) and 1 Excel sheet of their charges and frauds in billing
