Hi Team,
I have been trying to connect with customer care and airtel thanks so as to lodge complaint for wrong billing of my mobile number since long.
However all my attempts are failed and before escalating my issue to further forum ,i would really appreciate your quick response.
I have been charging 50 rs every month for international message,and i don’t have a single contact person outside india and it seems like this is a strategy to cheat customers like this.
Please check my past bills and call me ast your earliest convenience for further action.
