Dear Amazon,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing with a recent delivery. My order, with the tracking number Order ID 328292730178, was delivered on 19.09.2023. It was worst not even matching with a web site. Someone who used these trousers smells very bad and faded. I have not even seen this site. I have ordered a completely different one and I am very upset with this.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company person, as well as your customer support team, in order to arrange for the return of the product. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, the product remains at my address, and I have been unable to get a resolution to this matter.
I would like to kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue. The product is still in its original packaging and has not been used. I am willing to cooperate fully to facilitate the return process.
