I recently placed an order (Order ID: FHHC4001026798 from your platform, and unfortunately, I RECEIVED the wrong product. To make matters worse, the item appears to be used, which is completely unacceptable.
I request an immediate replacement with the correct, brand new item or a full refund. Kindly arrange for a pickup/return and update me on the next steps as soon as possible.
