I have received today the said order (Order ID: VQ49446 and Tracking ID: 20072994783) , but it’s not the proper product as shown in the picture. Delivered product picture I have attached in this email.
My request is to please exchange the delivered product and send the proper product as I have choosen.
Note: Suggestion is please have a look and vigil before sending to customer.
