I have purchased a tablet computer from bookmytab portal on 05/08/2020 with order id:84012909458.The product ordered was Wizpad S5 HD 26.72 cm (10.5 inch) 4G Tablet 4 GB RAM, 64 GB (GOLD)of rupees 3999.I was delivered with lofty tab BY TERACOM with lesser specifications and which is not working too.Money was paid at time of ordering.I need to replace product or refund but the site provided contact details are not working.
