Text of Complaint by Javed Akhtar:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered f7 hp battery on amazon. I got the battery from local and
other model and the serial number on the bill is also wrong. I called 3
times for replacement but every time only return message comes. Battery I
have got high voltage with local, if my laptop gets damaged then who will
pay penalty for it, I need answer. And also, if the goods are found local
and wrong on Amazon, then what action is taken for this, I want the written
answer as soon as possible.
