Hey did your issue get resolved? We had to face something similar. We had not even ordered a product and it was a cash on delivery order.

Hi, any solution for your issue, they have done same with me and no reply from them at all. Looks like a scam.
They tried calling us to get the UPI number, No resolve yet though…..
