Order Date: 07-10-2022.
Product received date: 18-10-2022

I received is a different product and not the one I purchased. Moreover the product is broken too.

I have attached the pictures of the product that I have received and I wish to return the product and claim for a refund. I have mailed the customersupport (urbanshopper ) but no response from anyone. It seems I paid 1199/- to learn a fraud lesson.
