I have ordered a combo order of earpods and neckband of Sony and JBL but the company sent me a cheap neckband only on Oct 15, 2021 and it is of no use and could be worth of 100 to 150 rupees and now they are not reverting back to any e mail, I have sent email on (jatinkhurana4003@gmail.com) which I get from https://thegretstore.com/ and the vendor Address mentioned on parcel is ‘BeatsClub plot no 9, Rama Vihar Cygnus Hospital New Delhi – 110081 phone No: 9565718013’ and number is switch OFF.
