From past few months after installing new meter outside my house the meter reader was taking wrong readings and we are extra charged for the same they even denied to do the correction in the hill. The staff there is very terrible even the sdo was not helpful he judt says to call someone else each time. And now they have cut down my electricity connection. I want the revised bills and an action against corrupted staff in the uppcl office in patel nagar.
